Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the L.E.A.D. Alliance website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Description of Services

L.E.A.D. Alliance provides the following products and services for creators on TikTok Shop:

  • L.E.A.D. Alliance Membership — $97 per month. A private community with APEX-scored product recommendations, regular intelligence briefings, and access to Shark Agent.
  • Product Judge APEX — our proprietary product-scoring engine that surfaces TikTok Shop products for creators.
  • Creator Audit — a $997 one-time report measuring your last 90 days of content against up to three proven creators, with the specific actions to take.
  • Concierge — application-only founder-direct service at $497 per month (weekly picks) or $697 per month (picks plus content angle).
  • Shark Agent (Brand Deals) — brand deal representation, rate calculation, contract review, and negotiation support.
  • AI Creator Stack — a $97 one-time toolkit of AI prompt systems and guides built for creators.
  • Intelligence Hub — published research and intelligence briefings on TikTok Shop trends, platform changes, and creator policy shifts.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

Payments and Refunds

Payments for L.E.A.D. Alliance products are processed through Stan Store. By making a purchase, you agree to Stan Store’s terms of service and payment policies. We do not directly collect or store your payment card information.

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. For questions about billing, refunds, or payment disputes, contact us at team@leadalliance.co; for payment-processing-specific issues, please also refer to Stan Store’s support.

Intellectual Property

All content on the L.E.A.D. Alliance website, including text, graphics, logos, proprietary tools, AI systems (including Product Judge APEX, Shark Agent, and the L.E.A.D. Intelligence Engine), and other materials, is the property of L.E.A.D. Alliance and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content or tools without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

L.E.A.D. Alliance provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

In no event shall L.E.A.D. Alliance, its founder, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, regardless of the cause of action. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer

The information, tools, and strategies provided by L.E.A.D. Alliance are for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing we provide constitutes financial, legal, or professional advice. Results vary based on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors. Past performance and testimonials do not guarantee future results.

User Conduct

When using our services, including our community, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when registering or submitting forms.
  • Not share, resell, or redistribute access to paid services or community content.
  • Treat other community members with respect.
  • Not use our services for any unlawful purpose.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to access paid services will cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and disclaimer sections) will remain in effect.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the appropriate courts.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
